Whether you want to reset your Schoolrunner password or you're logging in for the first time, you'll start in the same place: https://[YOURSITENAME].schoolrunner.org. You'll need to know what your school's address is, so if you're not sure what to fill in for the first part, ask your Schoolrunner administrator.

If Schoolrunner has been configured to use your Google or Clever account, you may see buttons that you can click to enter Schoolrunner with those credentials. 

If you've already been given a password by your admin team, use that password along with your email address. Once you log in, you'll see the screen pictured below and you'll have to create a new password to use going forward.

Getting a Password

If you haven't been given a password, but your Schoolrunner admin has confirmed that your account has been created, click the "Forgot your password?" link on either the website or the mobile app. Enter the email address linked to your Schoolrunner account. If you are a staff member, this is usually your work address; check with your Schoolrunner admin to be sure.

You'll see a message informing you that you've just been been sent an email. Go back to your email and find the message from Schoolrunner indicating that your password has been reset (check your spam folder if you don't see it). Follow the link in the email to see the same screen as above. 

This is the same process you use to reset your password if you've forgotten it.
