Clicking the orange button brings you to the Behaviors 2.0 page which looks like this:
From the "Find Students" menu, you can search for individual students, groups or sections.
Select your desired grouping of students, then select the students that will receive the behavior. You can select individual students in your list in addition to "All", "Only Present", "Only Absent", and "None". To select a student, click anywhere in his/her row.
You now see the total number of students selected. Students absent today are deselected and grayed out. Next, select the desired behavior for your group.
Use the pencil icon to apply a multiplier, if needed.
Select "Location" and enter in any relevant comments before you save.
You'll receive this confirmation once the behavior has been successfully applied:
If you would like to reset merits, use the button in the top right-hand corner of the page. You can reset merits for any of the students you’ve selected in the search bar.
Select "Maximum Balance to Leave" and enter a value to bring any students above that threshold down to that number.
To bring all students back up to a specific number of merits, use the "Reset All Balances to Value" option. This is intended to bring students with negative merit values back up to zero, but any number can be entered here without affecting those students above it.
